For the past week I have really not felt like myself. I just seem to generally not feel good and lack energy, but really don't have any specific symptoms. Today all I really did, besides go to a ladies meeting at church, was sit on the couch. That is very unlike me, and a little frustrating too. I didn't eat very good this weekend, and I think that could be contributing to me feeling sluggish too. I'm hoping that tomorrow I have more energy and am able to get a few things crossed off my mile long to do list.
