Chocolate Mint Cake Balls

1 boxed chocolate cake mix
1 container chocolate frosting
1 tsp mint extract
1 package chocolate almond bark

Cook cake according to package directions. Let cool then crumble into large bowl. Combine frosting and mint extract. Add to cake and mix well. Form into round balls and place on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Place in freezer for 1 hour. When balls are frozen, melt almond bark and dip balls in to coat. Remove and cool on wax paper. Store covered in refrigerator.

These are soooo good and so addictive.

Ewww, looks naughty!!! I'll have to try it. LOL

If you're going to fix fudge this year, I would definitely reccomend the recipe on the label of the jet puff marshmallow cream jar. It comes out perfect every time.
